Trial improvements

We have improved the usability of how trials convert to paid plans.

Toggle to suppress dunning

It's not possible to suppress dunning for a specific account: Disable dunning on the account's billing tab.

Fixes

• An issue with the table component we use for revenue recognition could cause totals to be wrong.

• Bunny would sometimes send separate invoices for recurring and usage as well as for renewals.
