Quote builder

The screenshot below shows the quote builder. It may seem a little busy at first, but using the builder is quite simple.

Quote builder

Quote name

The name of the quote helps you tell them apart on the account. For example, if you are working on a 100 user deal, you create different options for the customer:

  • 100 users, quarterly

  • 100 users, 1 year

  • 100 users, 3 years

The naming of the quote also helps the customer distinguish them as they are shared.

Quote expiration date

The customer must accept the quote before or on this date. After the expiration date, the quote can no longer be accepted via the portal.

Effective date

This date specifies when the subscription will start.

Subscription end date

Bunny will suggest end dates based on 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-year subscription terms and will automatically co-term the end dates with any existing subscriptions. You can also choose a specific subscription end date.

Invoice until

Typically, customers will pay for the first term up front, but you can use this setting to invoice a greater amount initially.

Net payment days

The net payment days is taken from the account's setting and you can override it here if necessary.

Renewal settings

The renewal settings allows you to control how a subscription is renewed.

Renewal settings

Evergreen

Evergreen subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term end until you actively cancel them.

Price adjustments

The price adjustments control how prices are adjusted at renewal time. When a new product is added to the quote builder, the price adjustment defaults from the price list will be copied to the quote builder and those values are the ones that will be stored on the subscription.

PO number

The purchase order number is locked in the quote builder and will be filled up when a user accepts the quote in the portal.
