Learn about what our AI chat assistant can do.
Bunny's AI assistant can help you quickly find out information about accounts, subscriptions and revenue.
For example, you could ask the following types of questions:
Who are our top 5 customers?
How much was the last invoice to Acme Co for?
Is Superdesk on the Pro plan?
What is our total ARR?
Be aware that while our AI assistant is very smart it sometimes makes mistakes with calculations like total ARR and MRR etc. You should only use these as a guide and are better to view the analytics area if you need 100% accurate numbers.
Activating the AI assistant
To get started click the Chat icon in the bottom left corner of your Bunny toolbar.

This will display a chat box in the bottom right corner of your screen where you can start asking questions.

You can continue to use the Bunny app, inspect accounts and invoices etc while the chat remains open. In fact the AI is smart enough to know what you are looking at so for example if you were looking at an account record and asked about thier MRR or latest invoice it would provide the information.
What can it help with?
The AI assistant can help with the following:
Retrieving information about accounts, such as their details, paying status, and subscriptions.
Providing data on recurring revenue, including monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Analyzing revenue movements including increases, decreases, and churn.
Accessing invoice data for specific accounts or time periods.
Answering questions about how to use the app and its features based on documentation.
Limitations
We're working hard to make the AI assistant more helpful based on your feedback so please let us know if there are recurring tasks that you would like to offload to the AI.
That said, currently you can only ask questions of the AI to find data on accounts, revenue and invoices etc. It's not possible yet for the AI to complete tasks for you like send an invoice or cancel a subscription.
