Discounting improvements

Adding discounts to charges was a little confusing because the duration was expression in number of periods. This has now been changed to a start date and an end date.

Price list charge ordering

You can now control the order in which charges appear on quotes and invoices, which improves readability for the customer.

Change flat rate

For some reason, it was not possible to change flat charge on a subscription via a quote. That is now possible.

Configurable table views

Tables that have the View dropdown now let you configure which columns are shown in the view as well as the sort order. This is useful for CSV/XLS exports, but also gives you exactly the data you want for a particular table. You configure the view via the ... menu above the table.

PandaDoc integration

In addition to DocuSign and Dropbox Sign, quotes can now be signed using PandaDoc.

Bill runs in entity local time

Invoice bill runs used to run at 9 am PST time, which is not ideal for companies outside of California. They now run at 7 am local entity time. So if you have multiple entities in different timezones, the accounts of those entities will be invoices at different times.

GL mappings

We have simplified the way general ledger (GL) mappings work. Instead of mapping the financial accounts on each entity, all mappings are now done under GL mappings, which simplifies administration.

Toggle evergreen setting on subscriptions

You can now toggle the evergreen (auto-renew) setting on a subscription.

More styling options in workflow emails

The rich text editor in workflows now allow you to style text as H1, H2 and H3, which gives you a few more styling options in emails.
