# Campaigns

Campaigns are used to track how many contacts or leads are generated from a certain marketing effort. When a lead or contact is generated via the API, Bunny will use the `code` to adjust the count on the campaign.

Note that the contacts and leads counts cannot be changed via the user interface, only via the API.
