Tenants
Tenants in Bunny: the instances on your SaaS platform that hold each customer's data and that Bunny can provision.
A tenant is the instance of your SaaS application that holds one customer’s data, for example a workspace or an organization. In Bunny, each tenant belongs to an account and runs on a platform. An account can have several tenants, for example one per region or product.
Tenants are listed under Customers > Tenants and on the Tenants tab of each account.

When a subscription is created on a product whose platform has provisioning enabled, the subscription needs a tenant. You can pick an existing tenant on the quote, or pass a tenant code when you create a subscription through the API. Signups through the customer portal and the Signup component create a tenant automatically.

- Name - The tenant’s name, usually the customer’s company or workspace name.
- Code - The tenant’s unique identifier in your SaaS application. Bunny sends it in the provisioning webhook so your platform knows which tenant to update.
- Subdomain - The tenant’s subdomain on your platform, if it has one.
- Account and Platform - The account the tenant belongs to and the platform it runs on.
The tenant form also shows:
- Last webhook status and Last successful webhook - Whether the most recent provisioning webhook to your platform succeeded.
- Last login, User count and Utilization metrics - Activity your platform reports with tenant metrics.
- The tenant’s subscriptions, and the webhooks sent for it.
