Leads in Bunny are unqualified marketing contacts. Convert a lead into an account with a contact once you start working it or sending quotes.
Leads are unqualified marketing contacts that your sales and marketing organizations are using to find qualified prospects. Once you start focusing on a lead and mapping out the organization with multiple contacts or sending out quotes, the lead should be converted to an account.

When you convert a lead, it becomes an account with a contact associated with it. At this point the original lead is frozen and you can no longer make any changes to it. The lead still remains in the system for reporting purposes.
You can access the converted account via the ... menu.

Each lead has a status that tracks where it is in your qualification process. Manage the list of statuses under Settings > Marketing > Lead statuses.
