Renewals

Evergreen subscriptions renew automatically; others expire unless renewed. Renew one or more subscriptions from the account to create a renewal quote.

Evergreen subscriptions will be automatically renewed by Bunny. Other subscriptions will simply expire if not explicitly renewed.

On the account’s subscription tab, you can select one or more subscriptions and renew them at the same time for another term. This will create a new quote, which you can further customize by adjusting quantities, discounts or adding additional products.

Bunny creates a renewal deal for each account with subscriptions renewing in the next 90 days, one per renewal date. The deal starts at the Quote drafted stage of the renewal pipeline with its renewal quote already drafted, and moves to Renewed when the quote is applied. See deal stages.

Renewal deals are listed under Customers > Renewals with their stage, renewal date, MRR, current ARR and account owner.
