# Time travel

To make it easier to test what happens to an account in the future, you can use the time travel feature to fast-forward the time for a specific account. You can only travel forward in time, never backwards.

To travel time in, go through the `...` menu on an account.

Select a date in the future to fast-forward to.

The time travel starts immediately in the background and may take a several seconds or minutes to complete. When an account has time traveled, its dashboard will show its "current date" at the top.

During the time travel, Bunny simulates each day that passes up to the chosen future date and performs the following actions.

* Generates invoices
* Auto-renews or expires subscriptions
* Applies auto payment
* Triggers any workflows&#x20;
