Email is the most common way that businesses communicate with their customers. Unfortunately, due to spam and fraud, emails are not a hundred percent reliable delivery mechanism. Occasionally, emails get flagged as spam or domains get blocked temporarily.

This can sometimes raise questions about whether an email was actually sent from Bunny. To help troubleshoot those cases, Bunny's Outbox shows the delivery status of every email that was sent.
